Moulding cones and sambrani cups: where process becomes product
How shape, pressure, drying time, and handling decide whether a batch becomes sellable inventory.
18 May 2026
Moulding is the moment where the material stops being powder and starts becoming inventory. A cone or sambrani cup has to look clean, feel sturdy, and survive drying, packing, and transport.
The machine does not remove the need for judgment. Operators still check texture, pressure, breakage, drying behavior, and the number of acceptable units produced from a batch.
The four commercial combinations are built from this unit discipline: Pure Lavender Incense Cones, Pure Flowers Sambrani Cups, one cone-and-cup combo, and the two-cone two-cup family ritual pack.
A professional website should not hide this stage. Showing the moulding line helps people understand that Amrit Dhara is not only telling a beautiful story. It is building a repeatable product system.
