Processing and dispatch
- Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 2-4 working days after payment confirmation, subject to stock and batch readiness.
- Festival periods, bulk orders, weather, courier constraints, or local production schedules can extend dispatch timelines.
- Customers receive order confirmation and, where available, courier tracking details after dispatch.
Delivery
- Delivery timelines depend on destination, courier coverage, and local conditions. Pan-India deliveries generally take a few working days after dispatch.
- Please provide a complete address, phone number, and reachable delivery contact. Failed delivery caused by incorrect details may require additional shipping charges.
- Amrit Dhara is not responsible for courier delays caused by weather, strikes, restrictions, incorrect addresses, or force majeure events.
Packaging and damage
- Products are packed to protect ritual units during transit while keeping packaging practical and eco-conscious.
- If an order arrives damaged, share photos of the outer package, inner packing, and product within 48 hours of delivery.
- Verified damage cases are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
