Information we collect
- Name, email, phone, city, organisation, order details, delivery address, and messages you submit through forms.
- Payment identifiers and payment status returned by Razorpay. Amrit Dhara does not store full card, UPI, or banking credentials.
- Field/process photos and story material only where consent or operational need exists.
How we use it
- To respond to inquiries, process orders, arrange shipping, provide support, and maintain impact/reporting records.
- To improve product operations, field logging, inventory planning, and reviewer-ready proof surfaces.
- To send updates only when you intentionally share contact details for that purpose.
Sharing and retention
- Information may be shared with payment, delivery, operations, reporting, or technical service providers only for the purpose of running the project.
- Order and accounting records are retained for operational, audit, tax, and reporting needs.
- You can request correction or removal of non-statutory personal information by contacting the project email.
